Shazia Khokhar, BA, CIPD, CMI
I have spent over 20 years in HR across industries as varied as luxury fashion, media, hospitality, pharma, and renewable energy, and I still love all and everything HR.
From building HR functions from scratch to managing restructures, relocations and high-growth recruitment, I have seen the people side of business from just about every angle. My consultancy, Flora HR, is rooted in the simple belief that when teams thrive, businesses do too.
I bring a practical, strategic, and people-first approach to help founders and leadership teams navigate growth with confidence.
